1. Take all complaints about discrimination seriously.
2. Conduct proper investigations.
3. Respond to the impacted person swiftly and proactively.
4. Keep the tiny print around the filing of grievances completely discreet.
5. Treat both plaintiffs and respondents fairly.
6. At NOON, employees may also seek recommendations from their associations in situations where they believe they have been discriminated against.
7. Hold a conditioning workshop for all managers and supervisors on issues such as initiating and ending discussions with aggrieved employees.
